Rendang Beef Wellington
Specially created by Chef Norman Musa for Pullman KLCC's Berbuka Puasa event combination of East meets West, this unique dish was featured in Jamie Oliver's magazine Jamie. A concoction of beef wrapped with mushroom, spinach and pastry with rendang flavours, baked till it is crispy.




Rendang Scotch Egg 
Of all creations by Chef Norman for the event, this is my favourite! And I guess many would agree as there was a long wait for the eggs, which were quickly snapped up the moment it left the fryer. But it was worth the wait! Wish I could have more <3
Chef Norman Musa created this fusion of flavours by coating boiled egg with minced chicken infused with authentic rendang flavour and coated with breadcrumbs, deep fried for the crispy texture and soft boiled egg. served on a bed of mix salad.
