Available this month, the Christmas course at RM88++ per person includes an appetiser, salad, trio of sashimi, main course and of course dessert.
Chef Selection Appetizer: Scallop Kimiyaki, Kanpachi Tomato Sauce, Edamame
We started with the Chef Selection Appetizer, which has all my favourites!: succulent scallop Kimiyaki, Kanpachi (amberjack/ yellow tail fish) complemented by tomato sauce, and edamame (soybean).
Mizuna onion salad with goma sauce.
Sashimi: salmon, amaebi and toro
The presentation was so pretty that we kept taking photos before finally digging in. Love the chunks of salmon.
For main course, choose from beef, chicken or salmon, with special mushroom white sauce. The mushroom sauce was lovely and complemented the dish. Each dish has asparagus, another favourite of mine!
I was torn between the chicken or salmon; in the end, I ordered the salmon and swapped some with my fellow diner who ordered chicken.
I'm pleased with my choice, thoroughly enjoyed the salmon ^^
Yuzu sherbet served with mixed fruit.
I just can't get enough of the yuzu sherbet, it's so refreshing, wish I could have more!
