Face of Malaysia 2017

The Face of Malaysia (FoM) model has been unveiled.

FoM aims to "look for the next face of Malaysia that embodies not just the qualities to be a supermodel, but possesses the talent and passion to be in the entertainment spotlight as well. In today’s digital age, the contestants must also be able to kick up a storm on social media networks, as well as possessing the natural flair to own the centre of attraction at public events."

Male 1st runner-up - Peter Lim Peng Khuang

Female 2nd runner-up - Sanjna Suri

The night also saw memorable performances by violinist, Dennis Lau to open the show, followed

by beatbox master and student, Koujee & Sawyer; as well as award-winning singer Arja Lee, and

diva songstress, Ning Baizura.

The Face of Malaysia also honoured 10 celebrities with the “Celebrity of the Year” awards. Chia

said that in searching for the next generation of Faces of Malaysia, we must honour the most

recognisable faces in the industry today. Winners of the award as follows:
