 Happy International Chefs Day! 👨‍🍳

A throwback to my first trip to South Korea in 2011, when a chef at the Korea Tourism Organization's tourist information center in Seoul kindly prepared several dishes for me to sample.

I may no longer remember all the details, but I still appreciate the thoughtfulness and hospitality shown to a visiting traveler.

Today, a little appreciation for the chefs who share their food, skills and culture with others.
