These were among the 200 items prepared by Chef Sakya, who has 26 years of experience in the culinary field, and the hotel’s culinary team for the Ramadan buffet.
The buffet also features Nasi Briyani Bukhara, Gulai Kawah Utara, Mongolian BBQ Chicken, Salmon Fish Head Curry, Laksa Johor, jemput-jemput (vegetable fritters) as well as assorted appetisers and desserts.
There will also be a selection of cold and hot beverages.
As for the bubur lambuk, Chef Sakya Hamid said, “The original Kampung Baru recipe contains beef but here at Summit, we used chicken instead so those who don’t eat beef can enjoy it too.”
For desserts, the chef recommended Mango Sticky Rice and Pulut Serawa Durian.
I enjoyed both as well as the Serawa Pisang.
The buffet, from May 29 to June 22, is priced at RM88 nett (adults) and child is RM50 nett
The early bird vouchers (valid from May 29 to June 22) are available for sale from now until May 15 at RM58 nett per adult and RM35 nett per child.
After the early bird promotion period, there is the “buy 10 free 1 vouchers” promotion at RM680.
