Weekend plans: Green Carnival by VEG-HUB & Tzu Chi Foundation

Visited the Green Carnival by VEG-HUB & Tzu Chi Foundation and bought lots of goodies!
We love the venue! It is spacious despite the crowd. Lots of dining space for visitors. With the recent scorching and humid weather, am glad it was indoors. The staff/ volunteers at Tzu Chi are really nice and welcoming, including the folks in charge of traffic control.

Venue: KL Tzu-Chi Jing Si Hall, Kepong

The event space was spacious

Only downside is the lack/ absence of parking but apparently there's a MRT station nearby.
Some vendors offer a discount if bring your own containers (we always bring own own containers, just wished we brought more as there were many items that caught our eye) or charge for takeaway containers. Do note that you need to remind some of them about the discount even though it is clearly stated on the sign at their stall.

What we ate/ bought at the carnival:

Noodles (and peach-shaped buns) offered to visitors free of charge by Tzu Chi Foundation

So glad to see the same vendor from Malaysia Veg Fest. Love the country rye

RM13 for lion mane mushroom tomyum noods. RM1 discount because we brought our own container, just remind the vendor.
