Yummy sakura desserts

When I visited Japan, my mission was to see, eat and breathe blossoms aka sakura.
So here's my Sakura journey:

Starbucks Sakura Cake

Oh, and I discovered that the pickled Sakura is actually salty >_<
Who would've guessed? I imagined it to be sweet or has a perfume-y or floral taste.
