A selection of appetisers, hot mains and desserts are available to diners looking for all that encompassing buffet experience. Carve a smile on your face when tucking into the Honey and Herb Roasted Whole Turkey, Herb Crusted Roasted Strip Loin, Chicken and Waffle Sliders with Berries Compote, Prawn Grits on Frittata, Potato, Leek and Beef Brisket Cream Soup and Chestnut to name a few.

It’s not a celebration without sweet treats, even more so during the season of festivities! With numerous varieties of desserts available, choices are aplenty. Pastry Chef, Mohd. Ghouse Bin Ishak churns out the phenomenal Cappuccino Yule Log, Ginger Crème Brulee, Minced Pie, Christmas Pudding, Churros with Christollen Spiced Caramel Sauce and Meringue with Tonic Espuma that will overwhelm your every sense, and for that, they are a must – try!
