Representing diverse ethnic backgrounds with strains of cultural similarities originating from the various Malay states, our lavish buffet spreads map out a synthesis of local delights. Bright flavours are prepared and characterize traditional favourites, employing fresh produce complimented by a galaxy of fragrant herbs and spices. The chefs are also going to great lengths to ensure that their authentic recipes will be every bit as satisfying as the home-cooked dishes from their states of origin.
The hotel’s culinary team of chefs will present authentic and local delights such as Deep-Fried Sea Bass with Red Guava Salad (Ikan Siakap Goreng Acar Jambu), Braised Beef with Local Spice (Rendang Tok), Roasted Chicken with Honey and Sesame (Ayam Panggang Madu Berbijan), Oxtail cooked with Dried Cilli and Tamarind Gravy (Oxtail Assam Pedas), Kambing Vindaloo and Udang Masak Tempoyak Petai throughout this holy month.
