French Wine Dinner

Enjoy a five-course French-inspired cuisine complemented by French wines for an exclusive one night only French Wine Dinner on March 27 at The Restaurant, The Club Saujana Hotel & resort.
Priced at RM240nett, The Restaurant’s head chef Alexander Waschl introduces diners to the best France has to offer, with each course paired with wines from Albert Wines & Spirits.
Start the meal with Sashimi from Ahi Tuna, served with marinated asparagus, cucumber relish, almond gel, and seaweed caviar.
This is paired with Pascal Jolivet Altitude Sauvignon Blanc 2013, Loire Valley, which was my personal favourite as it is light on the palate.

Fine Celeriac Cappuccino, Truffle Flavoured Milk Foam, Smoked Duck, 
Brioche Crouton paired with Chanson Chablis AOC 2013, Burgundy

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Leg Roll, 
paired with Whispering Angel Rose 2013, Provence

Pan Fried Atlantic Salmon
For the main course, choose either the Pan Fried Atlantic Salmon or
Medium Roasted Black Angus Tenderloin.
Both paired with Ch√Ęteau Grand Pey Lescours AOC St Emillon Grand Cru 2009, Bordeaux.
